Investor Alert: Fanmall Biotic International Limited’s unresponsive behavior

Through an INVESTOR ALARM, the public is made aware of Fanmall Biotic International Limited’s impolitic and possibly dishonest behavior in Nigeria, as represented by Mr. Kuo, the company’s country manager.

The proprietor of AHMED BASHARI M. Business Center, Ahmed Bashari M. LLB, Ph.D., signed a statement that was electronically posted to this website, stating that he felt compelled to inform the public about this because of the way they have been responding to his predicament.

He continued by saying that even after numerous written communications, the most recent of which was a FINAL NOTICE sent on March 18, 2025, Mr. Kuo has completely failed to respond or clarify the status of his business involvement and investment, despite his substantial investment and active participation in the Nigerian operations of Fanmall and its affiliated entity, Greenleaf.

This silence is extremely concerning and casts doubt on Fanmall Biotic International Limited’s legitimacy and business practices in Nigeria.

This prompted him to share the following information with the general public and pertinent parties: Regarding the state of the business’s operations or his investments, neither Mr. Kuo nor Fanmall have responded.

He clarified, “Unfortunately, Fanmall did not respond or forward any satisfactory response, so all attempts to settle this matter amicably have been ignored.”

Dr. Maizare went on to say that if nothing is done, he will have to take this matter to regulatory agencies including the FCCPC, SEC, and CAC for assistance.

If Fanmall Biotic International Limited does not take concrete action, legal measures, such as reporting this matter to the EFCC, would be taken into consideration.

Then, he urges all prospective partners and investors to do their research before doing business with Fanmall Biotic International Limited or any of its representatives in Nigeria.

“Response, accountability, and transparency are the characteristics of real business partnerships that have not yet been present in this instance.

“This public alert serves as a demand for accountability in the Nigerian corporate climate as well as for transparency and investor safety”, Dr. Ahmed Bashari concluded.

I was a staff of the then Triumph Newspapers, with keen interest in sports journalism which drove me to the unit where I was supported and oiled in the dynamics of modern sports reporting by my mentor/friend, Sani Zaria, the then Group Sports Editor of the Triumph. And when he left in 1995, I tried to sustain the spirit against all odds with a column sportesye. But when The Triumph was closed, I was moved to Kano Polytechnic as a lecturer until my retirement last 3 years, which gives me time to return to what I know best , the recreation of the SPORTS EYE.
