    Public Notice: Request for Regulatory and Legal Oversight of Fanmall Biotic International Limited

    Following the press release issued on April 15, 2025, regarding the unresolved and unacknowledged business concerns with Fanmall Biotic International Limited and its Country Manager, Mr. Kuo, I, Dr. Ahmed Bashari M., would like to inform the public and relevant authorities that no response or resolution has yet been provided.

    According to a release which was posted to this site on 12th May, 2025 and signed by Ahmed Bashari M. LLB, Ph.D., Owner, AHMED BASHARI M. Business Center had submitted a formal complaints to the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Federal Competition & Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC), and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

    He is seeking legal redress through appropriate civil and criminal legal channels.

    Dr Bashir is also urging media, civil society, and investment watchdog groups to investigate Fanmall Biotic International Limited’s operations in Nigeria.

    “This second notice serves as both a record and a formal escalation, reinforcing my commitment to transparency and investor protection”, he added..

    I was a staff of the then Triumph Newspapers, with keen interest in sports journalism which drove me to the unit where I was supported and oiled in the dynamics of modern sports reporting by my mentor/friend, Sani Zaria, the then Group Sports Editor of the Triumph. And when he left in 1995, I tried to sustain the spirit against all odds with a column sportesye. But when The Triumph was closed, I was moved to Kano Polytechnic as a lecturer until my retirement last 3 years, which gives me time to return to what I know best , the recreation of the SPORTS EYE.
