All the sporting associations in Katsina state have been dissolved. This was contained in a press release signed by the S.A to the Commissioner Aminu Dambi Kangiwa and made available to Media Organisations yesterday
According to the release, it was the Commissioner of Youth and Sports development, Mal Aliyu Lawal Zakari who approved the dissolution of all Sports Association under Katsina State Sports Council with immediate effect.
According to the release, the new members of all the dissolved associations will be re-constituted and inaugurated in line with the new trend.
Similarly, the Commissioner in the press release also directed for the reorganization of the Sports Council Staff to meet the yearnings and aspirations of the current state administration.
The commissioner further thanked all the outgoing association members for their individual and collective contributions to the state and wished them all the best in their future undertakings.
