Professor Garba Musa, aka AA, a well-known football administrator and season match commissioner’s trainer, has expressed gratitude to the Chairman of the National Sports Commission (NSC), Mal. Shehu Dikko, for sponsoring the National University Games (NUGA) team to the 2025 World University Games, FISU in Germany.
Speaking to this site via Whatsapp, the University Don described Dikko’s offer of aid to NUGA as resulting in the Nigerian contingent being appropriately equipped and accommodated in faraway Germany.
Prof Yakasai, who characterized Shehu Dikko as the number one sports technocrat in Africa, praised him for his unwavering support, which enabled their participation in the ongoing World University Games in Germany.
According to him, having Shehu Dikko as the head of the sports sector in Nigeria and among Nigerians is a great blessing.
Prof. AA went on to say that Dikko has many ideas for sports growth, as seen by the concomitant drastic changes in the sports sectors of the country.
