    Gaskiyar banbanci tsakanin Kano Pillars da Barau FC

    Sau da dama, wasu marubuta da masu sharhi, har da wasu daga cikin abokan aikinmu, kan kasa bambance a fili tsakanin kungiyar Kano Pillars da takwararta ta Barau FC.

    A mafi yawan lokuta, yayin da suke yin sharhi, suna bayyana mamaki kan yadda shugabannin Kano Pillars suka kasa kwaikwayon salo ko dabarun da Barau FC ta yi amfani da su wajen fita daga halin kunci da ta tsinci kanta a baya-bayan nan.

    Abin da suke mantawa da shi shi ne, kungiyar Barau FC ba ta kama da Kano Pillars ba wajen tsarin mallaka da tafiyar da al’amura har da gudanarwa.

    Barau FC kungiya ce mallakar mutum guda, yayin da Kano Pillars kuma mallakar gwamnati ce.

    Wannan bambanci ne babba. A Barau FC, abubuwa na tafiya da sauri saboda babu dogon tsari na gwamnati.

    Idan ana bukatar yanke hukunci ko aiwatar da wani abu, waya daya kacal na iya warware komai. Amma a Kano Pillars ba haka lamarin yake ba.

    Idan muka duba sosai, za mu ga yadda Barau FC ta iya sallamar ‘yan wasa da dama lokaci guda tare da daukar sabbi ba tare da wata tangarda ba, saboda babu abin da ake kira bureaucratic bottleneck a cikinta.

    Haka kuma, lokacin da aka samu sabani tsakanin kungiyar da tsohon shugaban ta tare da wasu mukarrabansa, an sallame su nan take tare da biyansu hakkokinsu domin rage radadin rabuwa.

    Duk wadannan abubuwa ba za su yi sauki a Kano Pillars ba. Duk wani mataki sai ya bi tsari daga Ma’aikatar Wasanni, zuwa ofishin Sakataren Gwamnati, sannan har zuwa ofishin Mai Girma Gwamna domin neman sahalewa.

    Bugu da kari, gwamnati na da cikakken bayanai kan duk wanda ke yi wa Kano Pillars hidima, tare da biyansu albashi ko alawus ta tsarin payroll na gwamnati ko wani tsari dabam.

    Don haka ba zai yiwu mutum guda ya mike tsaye ya sallami kowa ba tare da bin ka’ida ba, kamar yadda ake iya yi a Barau FC.

    A takaice, Barau FC kamar kasuwancin mutum guda ne (one-man business), yayin da Kano Pillars kuma kungiya ce ta jama’a (public institution).

    Ba a taba jin shugaban kamfani ko wata ma’aikatar gwamnati ya kori ma’aikata lokaci guda ba tare da bin doka ba. Amma a kungiya irin ta Barau, hakan abu ne mai sauki.

    Saboda haka, ya dace masu sharhi da marubuta su kara zurfafa bincike domin fahimtar wadannan bambance-bambance kafin su rika kwatanta kungiyoyin biyu.

    I was a staff of the then Triumph Newspapers, with keen interest in sports journalism which drove me to the unit where I was supported and oiled in the dynamics of modern sports reporting by my mentor/friend, Sani Zaria, the then Group Sports Editor of the Triumph. And when he left in 1995, I tried to sustain the spirit against all odds with a column sportesye. But when The Triumph was closed, I was moved to Kano Polytechnic as a lecturer until my retirement last 3 years, which gives me time to return to what I know best , the recreation of the SPORTS EYE.
