The Kano state chairman of Kano State Football Coaches Association, Coach Ibrahim Gwadabe, aka MINTA and two other coaches from Kano state will be among those to participate the Module 1 of the forthcoming CAF A Licence Course.
The two other Kano born coaches that made the list are Bala Sule Danwawu and Abdu Maikaba Fagge.
Their trip is going to be possible courtesy of DG Baffa Babba Danagundi who paid 6m where they paid 3m for the course fee.
According to our findings, they are still soliciting for the Kano state governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf support to cover other expenses as the course is for six months duration.
The course which is scheduled to take place in Abuja from 12th to 19th September 2026 is to run for six months and will conclude in February 2027.
Coach Minta is a seasoned and highly experienced coach holds the CAF B Licence, which he obtained in Nigeria many years ago.
His nomination for the CAF A Licence is a great honour and a clear testament to his hard work, dedication, and unwavering commitment to the development of football.
